Effective 10/31/2008. Not sure what this really means relative to stockholders.
All I know is that this whole "extra-ordinary" dividend of Hurasu (which still does not exist) keeps getting pushed back, and every time they miss a deadline the next deadline has a longer duration than the deadline from the previous announcement, as if they are actually moving backwards . . .
This must really be a non-event for the SEC because they sure haven't done squat for us. I know there are bigger fish in the sea (AIG, FNMA, FHLMC) but this started way before this latest market financial crisis.
