Baytown Visit - 2008/10/13 03:35 pmI was in Baytown last Monday - Wednesday. Monday and Tuesday they ran reactor #1 all day, using soy waste. The ran the mini-reactor using the white pellet MSW, with excellent results. Tuesday they tested the dark MSW pellets. I left Wednesday morning, but they went to TPS plant and successfully ran one of their generators on our fuel.
While there I met up with barrettjet, SSTP's private pilot. I also met Dr. Perez, a significant investor.

MSW Into Energy - 2008/10/13 03:45 pmSustainable Power Corp. Turns Municipal Solid Waste Into Energy Thursday September 18, 9:42 am ET
BAYTOWN, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 18, 2008 -- Sustainable Power Corp. (Other OTCSTP.PK - News) announced today that it has tested standard Municipal Solid Waste in the Company's reactors and not only was the company successful in producing biofuels in the process, but was able to obtain results which exceeded what it had accomplished with its other fuel stocks. The Company has already commenced discussions with substantial sources of waste.
These tests resulted in as much as 19.2 pounds of biofuels products resulting from 25 pounds of Municipal Solid Waste, with an average of 18,000 BTU per pound. This astounding result was achieved in three separate trials in which the team from Pemco participated.
"This takes Sustainable Power to a whole new level of environmental achievement," said M. Richard Cutler, CEO of Sustainable Power. "Not only will the company be able to product green energy to help alleviate the petroleum crisis, but we can also help solve the world's waste problems."
John Rivera, Chairman of SSTP, added, "By utilizing Municipal Solid Waste in our reactors, we have substantially increased potential revenue because municipalities will PAY the company to remove the waste rather than being forced to purchase feedstock to drive our reactors. Somehow I just don't think we're ever going to have a shortage of waste products to feed our process. I'm excited about this development and how we can positively impact on our future."
Hurricane
The Company also reports that its facilities in Baytown were not damaged when Hurricane Ike hit the Houston area. The Company has been without electrical power during and after the storm, but incurred no damage from either wind or flooding, and can get back to full operations shortly.

Trash To Gas In 8.5 Minutes - 2008/10/13 03:47 pmSustainable Power Corp. Announces From Trash to Gas in 8.5 Minutes Tuesday October 7, 10:14 am ET
Vertroleum(R) Gas From Trash (MSW) Produced 22,171.8 BTUs per lb
BAYTOWN, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 7, 2008 -- Sustainable Power Corp. (Other OTCSTP.PK - News) is pleased to report results from recent AmSpec testing which not only verifies the efficacy of the Vertroleum® gas produced by standard municipal waste, but reflects breakthrough results previously unachieved.
On October 1, 2008, Robert Garcia and Neil Boone (Vice-president Special projects) sampled SSTP's waste source MSW gas at SSTP's plant in Baytown, Texas, then brought the samples back to AmSpec's lab to be tested. Robert Garcia performed the tests utilizing a Gas Chromatograph.
AmSpec reported that this clean burning gas does not contain any carbon monoxide and could power the world's largest gas turbine, which generates 340 megawatts, and in combination cycle will generate 530 megawatts. 530 megawatts is sufficient to provide electrical power to three million people.
John Rivera, Chairman of Sustainable Power, stated, "With this breakthrough the facts speak for themselves. Landfill gas methane produces approximately 20 kwh per 10 tons, msw incinerators from other companies produce 5,200 kwh from 10 tons, SSTP produces over 52,000 kwh from 10 tons. Any questions??"
M. Richard Cutler, President and CEO, added, "We are able to generate electricity efficiently and cost effectively, while at the same time reducing our nation's waste. We are currently in discussions with numerous key groups ready to move forward with this amazing technology."
A copy of the report from AmSpec and the specifics from the test are available at Sustainable Power's website www.sustainablepowercorp.us.

MSW 300 Tons Per Day - 2008/10/13 03:53 pmSustainable Power Corp. Enters Agreement for 300 Tons per Day Supply of Municipal Solid Waste Thursday October 9, 12:33 pm ET
BAYTOWN, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 9, 2008 -- Sustainable Power Corp. (Other OTCSTP.PK - News) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Amecks, Inc., providing for a partnership to provide densitized and pellitized municipal solid waste (MSW) for utilization in its reactors to produce biofuels and gas, and to generate electricity.
Amecks has facilities which can provide a minimum of 300 tons per day of MSW which is utilized in SSTP's reactors and which when completed will produce electrical power to connect to the grid. For taking this MSW, SSTP will be paid $35 per ton.
As previously reported, SSTP's kWh produced from MSW outdistances the power produced by MSW incinerators by more than 10 times. Essentially SSTP produces electricity from our nation's garbage absent plastics, metals and other inert materials.
"This agreement provides us a never-ending supply of product for our reactors," said M. Richard Cutler, President of SSTP. "Instead of paying for feedstocks to run our biofuels reactors, Sustainable Power now will be PAID to take the products we turn into biofuel and gas, and ultimately into electricity."
Jerry Ketterer, President of Amecks, added, "We are excited that this partnership with Sustainable Power allows us to not only profit from the amazing technology I witnessed at Sustainable Power, but also helps to alleviate the nation's waste problems. By combining our technologies, we have a can't lose business with substantial benefits to our nation's communities."
Amecks and Mr. Ketterer have been in business for more than 25 years, including work in the waste business starting in the 1980s. Mr. Ketterer has substantial business experience which he brings to the partnership with Sustainable Power.

SSTP CEO Update - 2008/10/13 03:56 pmSustainable Power Corp. CEO Update Monday October 13, 10:23 am ET
BAYTOWN, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 13, 2008 -- Sustainable Power Corp. (Other OTCSTP.PK - News) presented the following communication from its President and Chief Executive Officer, M. Richard Cutler:
SHAREHOLDERS AND INVESTORS OF SUSTAINABLE POWER CORP.
It has now been over a month since I took over as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sustainable Power Corp. During that month (as well as during my previous time as corporate counsel), I have seen SSTP make amazing advancements in both its technologies and its partnerships.
Shareholders and investors should be aware that at this point SSTP is currently focusing 85% of our resources on the production of electricity as opposed to the production of biofuels and oil. We have made this our focus for one primary reason: SSTP has a guaranteed customer for any and all electricity produced -- the local utility company. In addition, the cost to connect SSTP to the grid will be paid for by the utility company, not SSTP. By pointing in this direction, we avoid the arbitrary whims of the fuel markets as the cost of electricity is very stable and not at all effected by the rise and fall of commodity prices (crude oil). The current downturn in oil prices will have no impact on our success.
SSTP is currently producing a natural "bio" gas, which can be put into the world's largest generator. In our previous tests as well as our presentation to a key investor and partner last Tuesday, we used our raw bio fuels in a generator with no reduction in output from the generator as opposed to traditional diesel fuel, but substantial reductions in greenhouse gases and emissions. We are now working with that partner and investor to finish tweaking our operations at the Baytown facility, connect to the grid and sell electricity. We will also enter into agreements with that partner to construct comparable facilities in numerous other locations throughout the United States and in many other parts of the world.
Make no mistake, our technology exceeds currently available production standards. AmSpec reported that our clean burning Vertroleum® gas produced from our reactors does not contain any carbon monoxide and could power the world's largest gas turbine, which generates 340 megawatts, and in combination cycle will generate 530 megawatts. 530 megawatts is sufficient to provide electrical power to three million people.
Of course, if SSTP chooses to switch and produce more bio-crude, SSTP absolutely has the flexibility to do so. The SSTP technology has the ability to produce bio-gasoline, and bio-jet fuel straight from the reactor, as well as 49 other potential fuels. Our joint venture with Envirocompanies permits us to sell anything we produce.
On top of these tremendous opportunities, in our current environment it's also amazing to know that not only is SSTP a "green company," in which all exhaust that comes from the running of the generators has little or no pollution, but also is now utilizing GARBAGE in the form of Municipal Solid Waste as our base fuel. We entered into an agreement this week with Amecks, Inc. who will provide us with 300 tons a day of pellitized and compacted garbage which will be sufficient for our reactors... and by the way they pay us $35 a ton to take it. We not only reduce greenhouse gases and emissions in our process, but we also alleviate the nation's waste problems along the way. SSTP's kWh produced from MSW outdistances the power produced by MSW incinerators by more than 10 times.
With these agreements firmly in place and financing at the ready, Sustainable Power Corp. stands prepared to move forward quickly with its aggressive plan to produce and sell electricity and biofuels. We are close to having our SEC public filings with audited financial statements ready as well, which we hope to file with the SEC in the next few weeks. We have worked to eliminate distractions from previous partners and focus our energy on the Company's successes and future. Together with you our investors we can help change the world by making energy and dependence on foreign sources a thing of the past.
/s/ M. Richard Cutler, President and Chief Executive Officer

Re:Baytown Visit Videos - 2008/11/07 10:47 amI'm curious as to what technology is the basis of; more plumbing equals a more complicated, less efficient process.
If this process were easy, I think it would have been developed long ago.
From what we have been told as to what USSE can accomplish in using less raw materials, rotted materials, literally trash materials...and making more bio-fuel (three to four times as much as their competitors can produce with the same amount of product)) I too think that the equipment would be a bit more sophisticated, and the workers would at least be wearing OSHA required personal protective equipment, i.e. hardhats, safety glasses, and steel toed shoes.I don't want to own the world...just the part that pays off.

Siemans Approves SSTP Gas - 2008/11/11 02:21 pmSSTP's Vertroleum(R) Gas Suitable for Use in Siemens Gas Turbine Generators Tuesday November 11, 9:40 am ET
SSTP Has Created a Total Energy Solution Turning 'Trash to Gas to Cash'
BAYTOWN, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 11, 2008 -- Sustainable Power Corp. (Other OTCSTP.PK - News) announced today that Siemens Energy USA has advised that based upon the specifications obtained, SSTP's Vertroleum® natural gas product can be employed in Siemens' combustion turbine generators. Siemens gas turbines generators are utilized in electric generation facilities not only throughout the United States, but throughout the world. Siemens provides complete electrical, engineering and automation solutions in hundreds of locations. Based on the AMSPEC reports obtained on the product, SSTP gas can be employed in Siemens combustion generators for the production of electricity.
Traditional methods for utilization of municipal solid waste include landfills, which produce methane gas at a rate of approximately 20 kWh per ten tons and incineration generators which produce approximately 5,200 kWh per ten tons of waste. The SSTP process produces more than 50,000 kWh from the same ten tons of municipal solid waste.
"We are pleased that Siemens has confirmed the ability to employ our gas products in their combustion turbines and appreciate their support and interest in our process," stated M. Richard Cutler, CEO of Sustainable Power. "As we continue to build partnerships with key players in the energy business, we will quickly be in a position to make SSTP a keystone in the electricity business throughout the country."
Robert Jones, Sales Manager at Siemens Energy, advised, "I witnessed the SSTP process and reviewed the specification reports from AMSPEC. Not surprisingly, our combustion engineers found the gas specification to be quite suitable under adequate volume and pressure. I am pleased with the progress demonstrated by SSTP of taking waste and turning it into a commercially viable fuel."
