USSE values - 2008/03/12 09:08 amAfter doing a little research, I discovered there is very little real information about USSE available i.e., they have no SEC filings. This is a very good way to tell if one wishes to invest in a company. There are no Valuation reports...no Fundamentals...? No Calender...No Finanial reports...?
I made this discovery in my TDA account...do they just not report to the brokers? Oh...that's right...The SEC is not a broker.
These foriegn entities that are paying so much attention to USSE...do they not require public knowledge to invest?
Are my concerns un-founded? Are we posturing to see another IBTY farse? Look that one up, it was a real screwing.I don't want to own the world...just the part that pays off.

Re:USSE values - 2008/03/12 02:58 pmNo doubt about it, this is one of those "blind faith" stocks. Your only evidence of things is the status reports and pics coming from the new refinery in Texas.
SSTP is its kissing cousin and seems to have more PRs and more PPS activity.NON-Union and proud of it!!!

More Baytown Updates Coming - 2008/03/13 11:28 amFolks, we have 2 very reliable investors that are or will be actually inside our Baytown Plant, sending us pictures and/or supplying their comments of what they witness with their own eyes.
Also our very own Ron (owner of Geobiofuels) will be arriving in Baytown March 15. In post #662 he promises to be the Sherlock Holmes of Texas: http://kaboomstocks.com/forum/kaboom-sto...

Re:More Baytown Updates Coming - 2008/03/13 09:20 pmThe only thing I have been able to link up to is Kaboom.com, none of these other pages can be found by MSN...go figure.
Just another observation...DOWN ANOTHER 4.35%...
I know the economy is down, just today I heard that a recession has been officially proclaimed by many professional economists...but Bio-diesel fuel is supposed to be the future big bang. JR's claim to 500% yield of the same raw material should be such an investment draw that their stock should be a rare find...but it still remains one of the worst investments on the board.
Paint me as a confused JR supporter...I just don't get it.I don't want to own the world...just the part that pays off.

It would be safe to assume that many potential investors are sheep and are waiting for the herd to tell them what to do. Many people will simply sit on the side lines waiting for the signal that others are buying before they will buy. They will not demonstrate any initiative.NON-Union and proud of it!!!

Re:More Baytown Updates Coming - 2008/03/15 01:25 amBuyer initiative has nothing to do with the problems with USSE. The sizable investors have not seen, or care to see the value in owning this stock. If this process can yield the volumes that they say it can, then why are these market mongers not sucking their stock supplies dry, like they do with any other rocket buy? It is because you are hard pressed to find any news or releases on any progress. These people don't go to Kaboom.com...they read press releases and watch the 5:00 news, buy low, sell high. So what is the missing element? Why aren't they buying? I've been buying since it was at .24, is that enough initiative on my part?I don't want to own the world...just the part that pays off.

As the Marines like to say; That makes you one of the few, not the many.
Most big board players will not touch a pinky until it becomes "fashionable". When all the scources they listen to tell them its a sure bet(because its already started up) then they will jump in. They do not want to be one of the people who take the risk getting it started.
USSE/SSTP's biggest problem at the moment is a lack of predictable quarterly revenue.(at least I have not seen any numbers) The big board players want to invest in a company that is already established, not help one get established.NON-Union and proud of it!!!

Re:More Baytown Updates Coming - 2008/03/16 10:26 amThat is exactly my point, there is almost never any information of financial structure or projected profits.
Promotion of concept and providing a given need is what success is all about. USSE promotions lack any viability. Their sources of publicizing the world's need of their product has thus far been poorly chosen, and they seem to fail at recognizing these facts.
They need to change their ways and means, or they will stay in the cellar as more wisely ran companies figure out JR's processes, and then leave him in their dust. Along with us chump devoted believers.
Just one plea to JR...Do something different...before its too late.I don't want to own the world...just the part that pays off.

Parlacen President New SSTP Board Member - 2008/03/24 03:10 pmParlacen President Julio Gonzalez-Gamarra Joins Sustainable Power Corp.'s Board of Directors Monday March 24, 9:55 am ET
BAYTOWN, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 24, 2008 -- Sustainable Power Corp. (Other OTCSTP.PK - News) today announced that Parlacen President Julio Gonzalez-Gamarra was elected to Sustainable Power Corp.'s Board of Directors.
President Gonzalez-Gamarra recently visited the Sustainable Power plant in Baytown, Texas and after reviewing plant operations and assessing the results of the Rivera Process, he fully endorsed the company operations in a press conference given in Baytown. At that conference, Ricardo Luna Waldheim from the Parlacen Department of Engineering, speaking for the Parlacen delegation, noted, "[Underdeveloped] countries don't have crude oil, but the do have the agriculture to make a joint venture... instead of being energy dependent, they could be exporting crude oil. It's a great opportunity for the democratic countries." Mr. Gonzalez-Gamarra is the incumbent President of Parlacen for the State of Guatemala for the 2007-2008 term. Mr. Gonzalez-Gamarra served as a Deputy in the Guatemalan Congress (1994-96), President of the Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Commission (1995-96) and Vice-President of Parlacen for the State of Guatemala (2006-07).
John Rivera, CEO of Sustainable Power Corp, stated, "We are happy to have President Gonzalez-Gamarra join our board at such an important time in our company's development. He will be a valuable asset in our expanding operations in Central and South America; President Gonzalez-Gamarra will be in a position to provide significant help in Guatemala where initial steps have been taken to produce up to 1 Giga-watt of green power to the private sector of the country."
About the PARLACEN
The PARLACEN, or Parliament of Central America, was created by the agreements "Esquipulas II," signed in 1987 by the presidents of the region, but did not start its operation until October 28, 1991. The forum is composed of representatives Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and the Dominican Republic. Mexico attends meetings of the PARLACEN as an observer.

Re:USSE values - 2008/03/31 07:07 pmIs J.R. still printing stock certificates? This stuff should be gaining in value and a printing press is the only way to prevent that from happening if everything is really as it has been depicted to us outside souls...I don't want to own the world...just the part that pays off.

Re:USSE values - 2008/04/02 07:57 amHey Tomm,
I am getting a little apprehensive about all the foreigners that are loading up in the Board of Directors. It seems too that the only recognition John Rivera is getting is from his own ethnic group outside of the company.
This company should be churning by now and it is not. The next shoe to drop just might be a reverse split which is a clandestine way of robbing you of your shares.
I have been more than patient with this company hooping that my trust and money is in a good company. If what they say is true, they should have had big institutional investor knocking on their door and all these plants they claim they are building here and there would be belching out smoke out of their stacks. However, all we hear about is the have another portable generator going that is producing a pitiful drip out of the faucets.
Get off your B---- and get this company going, John. Your investors are getting antsy.

Right on man. As an investor in this company I am really upset with the way John Rivera is treating his investors. I keep hoping that some evidence of customer contracts and revenue is being generated and all I get are a bunch of pictures of apparatus. That don't buy eggs and bacon. I put my money into this stock with the idea of an eventual profit. I am developing fears now of another PAIM with their reverse splits that robbed investor of their money. I got out of that one except for a small investment that turned out to be ony 100 shares after reverse splits and I liquidated it for $4.00 not even enough to pay for the last trade.
When I see SSTP and USSE total outstanding shares growing like they are, the fears of reverse splits raise their ugly head. Its a way to gain equity in the company at the expense of the investors who are trusting that thier money will be managed wisely.
