Let The Proposals Begin!! - 2008/04/23 01:50 pm General Assembly Of Parlacen. Keynote Speaker John Rivera

I was under the impression that the SSTP Proposals would be presented to Parlacen on Saturday the 26th. Apparently, they will begin on Wednesday the 23rd, it will probably be a multiple day affair.

This could be a monumental day for USSE/SSTP, Central America and ultimately the world. The General Assembly of Parlacen will take place, with up to 9 different countries, with their corresponding Presidents, Ministers and other Dignitaries in attendance.

Back in January, SSTP was in discussions with The Dominican Republic. We are not certain of the staus of those talks. However, investors from back then were very excited about a possible deal with the D.R. A few that dared to dream, even speculated that a deal with the D.R., could eventually lead to other deals in Latin America, since most of those countries are in very similar situations. Well, Lo and Behold, that is no longer a wild pipe dream, it is in fact reality. It is a fact, that up to 9 Latin American countries will give Doctor John Rivera and SSTP their undivided attention, as JR will be the Keynote Speaker to the Assembly. He will explain The Rivera Process, submit a Proposal to each country, along with a 40 page leather binded proposal "book" for each country and President. This proposal will outline all the benefits a Biocrude Refinery, Fertilizer Packaging plant, and a Power Plant for each country.

What is happening now is Proposals being presented. There will not be an answer tomorrow, it may take several days, weeks or even months. This is serious business, not to be taken lightly. Most of these countries have serious problems and they need serious answers. Whether or not we have their solution, is for them to determine, in their own time. The most we can hope for right now, is for JR to have the guts and strength to present the Proposals in an articulate and professional manner. I have no doubt of that because this is the culmination of many years of hard work in JR's life.

I plead with all Longs to exercise patience during this and the coming weeks. The naysayers, will be spinning their webs and trying to cast uncertainty here, do all Longs a favor, just IGNORE them. The wheels are already in motion, their self-serving, negative comments are inconsequential.

Having said that, we have 2 very big, important items in our favor.

1.) John Rivera speaks Spanish very well, and seems very comfortable with the Latin people. With JR speaking Spanish this has to help with any Negotiations, Presentations and Proposals. This has to endear JR with them, as they must be impressed that a U.S Business man has taken the time and effort to learn and speak their native language. JR has lived in various Latin countries for a number of years, so he is not only familiar with the Spanish language, but also their traditions, customs and way of life.

2.) Parlacen President Julio Gonzalez-Gamarra is a member of Sustainable Power Corp.'s Board of Directors. As you watched the April 9 video, you are fully aware that the Parlacen President fully endorses and supports The Rivera Process and John Rivera.

This quote from the March 24 SSTP PR, by Ricardo Luna Waldheim from the Parlacen Department of Engineering, speaking for the Parlacen delegation, sums up the Central American perspective, "[Underdeveloped] countries don't have crude oil, but they do have the agriculture to make a joint venture... instead of being energy dependent, they could be exporting crude oil. It's a great opportunity for the democratic countries."

SSTP In Biomass Magazine - 2008/04/24 01:27 am Biomass Magazine - May 2008 Article (Great SSTP Article)...
Excellent article and great exposure....

http://www.biomassmagazine.com/article.jsp?article_id=1607

From the May 2008 Issue
Sustainable Power Corp. demonstrates biocrude technology, establishes Central American subsidiary
by Bryan Sims

Web exclusive posted April 23, 2008 at 12:48 p.m. CST

Sustainable Power Corp. showed why it could quite possibly revolutionize how renewable fuel, power and chemical are produced and become a viable player in the biomass industry when it touted its proprietary biocrude oil production process during a public demonstration at its Baytown, Texas, Green Energy Facility in early April.

SSTP’s facility, a joint venture with its Natchez, Miss.-based parent company U.S. Sustainable Energy, is capable of producing between 6,700 and 24,000 gallons per day of Vertroleum™ – SSTP’s branded biocrude oil – out of its four-reactor unit using palm and soybean wastes as feedstock. Vertroleum™ can be refined to create a variety of biofuels and chemicals, including 100 percent biogasoline (or BG-100), biodiesel blendstocks, bio-oils, biokerosene, biojet fuel, refined diesel, tars and plastics. Additionally, SSTP’s biocrude oil has the ability to be refined into 69 renewable fuel or chemical materials as certified by AmSpec Services LLC. AmSpec, with locations in Texas and New Jersey, is a fuel testing company that conducts diesel and fuel oil analysis along with state-of-the-art gasoline analysis and extensive chemical testing.

According to SSTP Chief Executive Officer John Rivera, Vertroleum™ is created by way of “a chemical hyrdrolysis with a modified pyrolysis and the use of nano bacteria” to which he specifically coins as “The Rivera Process”. What’s left is a viable biofuel product that meets ASTM standards, which can be immediately sold in the market.

“It took 20 years of research to come up with this research,” Rivera said. “You’re seeing history in the making. We’re changing the face of energy.”

The secret to the “Rivera Process” relies on a specific catalyst that promotes a chemical reaction to transform the biomass waste feedstock into a syngas where it travels through the reactors’ elongated chrome alloy tubes that allow for expansion due to high heat. The process reacts in a vacuum throughout in an ambient temperature less than 800 degrees Fahrenheit. As opposed to conventional pyrolysis processes, SSTP’s BG-100 and diesel blendstocks are left with less than 1 percent water content due to oxygen molecules remaining in tact whereby the finished product remains naturally oxygenated. The entire process takes just over eight minutes, regardless of the amount of feedstock introduced, River said.

To prevent legal rights infringements and to sustain private concept, Rivera’s catalyst is revered as unmatched in the industry. In fact, Rivera’s bacteria catalyst is so surreptitious that some on his staff, let alone those within the renewable fuels and energy industry, are not aware of its potency.

“I can give you all the blueprints and all the nuts and bolts to the design of my reactors and my building structure, but it means nothing without my catalyst,” Rivera says. “I’m against all academia. I’ve had scientists and engineers tell me that all crude oil comes from vegetation and 50 billion years later you get oil from the ground. This isn’t a production process; this is a ‘time machine’.”

In addition to biofuel and other related biochemicals, the SSTP creates other saleable byproducts as well, including an effective 737 carbon-based soil fertilizer and valuable mineral water it captures in storage tanks. Other benefits include internal production of electricity, no air and water emissions and its noise free.

In addition to palm waste and soybeans, SSTP has conducted trial runs that had positive results on other non-food hydrocarbon-based feedstocks such as dried distillers’ grains and algae.

The Baytown Green Energy facility has a current capacity of 2.4 MMgy, and is planning to expand capacity to 8.7 MMgy by May, Rivera said. The joint venture partners ultimately plan to add a 500 megawatt power plant at the Baytown facility. Sustainable Power Corp. has exclusive rights to utilize the SSTP biofuel discovery within the power generation market and offer services to build, integrate, support and fund modular refueling plants that produce the USSE biofuel.

Meanwhile, SSTP announced it has established its SSTP fully owned Central American subsidiary, SSTP Central America Guatemala, S.A., where the company is initiating a campaign to deploy similar biomass reactor projects in Central American countries looking to displace agricultural residues into energy. Parlacen President Julio Gonzalez Gamarra fully endorsed SSTP’s reactor technology when he attended the public demonstration in Baytown, Texas. Gamarra also has become a member of SSTP’s Board of Directors to help facilitate the company’s Central American endeavors. The Central American Parliament is composed of Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and the Dominican Republic.

According to Rivera, SSTP Central America Guatemala has proposed a 500-megawatt biomass project in Guatemala slated to begin this year in which it will solidify joint ventures with local African palm producers. SSTP will address the proposed project in detail during a general assembly meeting in Guatemala on April 23-24.

Parlacen Update by Ron - 2008/04/27 12:44 pm Ron's Comments About Parlacen General Assembly

Our very own Ron, traveled to Guatemala and attended the General Assembly (yup, now you know why the naysayers have been trying to discredit him). He has provided both commentary and video. Below, I gathered his comments from Friday, from his web site. Certainly, there will be more comments and news coming.

From Ron (each *, is a new post):

* What a trip, very exciting! We were treated like diplomats. When arriving at airport they the Parlacen officials greeted us and escorted us into a private room with leather sofas and bar, they handled all passports and luggage, we had to do nothing.

* We were escorted by National Police to the Hotel (Vista Real), 5 Star very high class place, most all the diplomats stay there. We were treated like kings, escorted by police everywhere.

* The next day we were drive by escort to the Parlacen Embassy, light and all, police in front and rear, very cool! When we arrived they also treated us like kings, they escorted us into the Presidents office for about 30 minutes, then they called us into the main room.

* After being called into the main room, John was introduced by the President, very nice! He handled the presentation very well, he answered all their questions, no bullshiting very professional. Chavez (Ven.) officials had some hard questions, but John handled them well, I will say they were not happy, this will take a big chunk out of Chavez pocket! All the Parlacen Countries are interested, they seemed very satisfied with what they heard.

* After the presentation John was introduced to each President and official, they wanted more information and private meetings with John. It seemed they were all fighting to get the first deal with SSTP Guatemala. One country had an official they said "I want us to be first" I heard this with my own ears.

* John has to answer many technical questions, he did very well. We also had a very intelligent and nice fella from AmSpec Services with us, Mr. Jack Smith Vice President USCG, he was also bombared with tech questions and handed out his cards to the officials.

* The news was everywhere, they followed John like he just discovered Gold, he did an interview with the President, he did interviews in the hallways, stairs, everywhere, new press kept showing up, I think we created a Inter-National incident!

Ron's Comments About Parlacen (Pt 2) - 2008/04/29 12:35 am * I asked the about George E. Warren, they are still onboard, just waiting for the Baytown Refinery to be finished, they want the product to use as a clean blend stock. This was confirmed by AmSpec. In my opinion, it seems they will purchase our product, but will not fund our plant. I heard rumors that Baytown is about to be fully funded, but again, I said this is only a rumor I am not sure who or when.
This is all my opinion from rumors, none of my comments are substantiated.

* In regards to the other projects, Jatropha is on its way from Haiti, so I will assume the Tractor Company/Power Deal is still on. The Malaysia project is still on, waiting for Borneo Oil to get set up, the delay was the elections in Malaysia. The Companies future in DR depends on the May election, if the opposition party (Admiral Friends) wins the May election, we have a guaranteed deal in DR. The status of "pink sheets" should change they will except the application in 90 days, the attorneys are working hard.
This is all my opinion from rumors, none of my comments are substantiated.

* Oh yes, I forgot, you guys can start thanking me for the Biomass Magazine article, I spoke with Bryan for over an hour, he also received 60 pictures from me, I had to edit the pictures to 350 DPI for the magazine. Very nice fella, he has been watching the company for months, but decided to do an article after watching the video, then speaking with me. He held back for months because of the basher attacks, he originaly thought the company was a scam, but now he knows SSTP has the real deal. He will be visiting the plant soon!
That is just one example how the bashers affect the company's progress.

* Back to Guatemala, I was impressed on how many autos were on the roads, everywhere there were cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles, very busy place. The Country was clean also, most of the people in Guatemala City were tall thin, spanish folks, kinda looked like Puerto Rico, when you travel to the country you see the mixed Indian folks, short and dark skin. We travel by escort to the town of Antigua, very old city, we visited a church built in the 1600's and did a little shopping, at all times we had National Police escort. The country had many American tourists, they seemed fine without any escort, I think because we were a high profile visitors, like diplomats, they were protecting us.

* The way the Parlacen works, is every year a memeber country gets to elect a President, the term is only one year, the countries rotate, example:
2007 - 2008 Guatemala
2008 - 2009 Honduras
2009 - 2010 Panama
ect........
All of these guys are connected, most are ex- presidents and Politicians. Julio's family is the richest in Guatemala, his family has a coffee plantation hundreds of years old.

* My opinion is, both reactors are completed in Baytown, and fully operational. The remaining factor which is the cooling refining technics are being built now, they have designed a system to produce different products directly out of the reactor, by-passing the biocrude stage. They are installing the final equipment now. I am not 100% sure how its done, (but I have an idea) they can produce biogasoline, diesel, jetfuel, naptha directly from the reactor. They have a new system that cools/condenses each product at a very hot stage in the process that produces a product with no particles or water, the very small amount of water and particles are removed further down the system. State of the art, way more advanced than before. The new naptha has such a high octane rating it will ignite 8 inches away. Awesome product!

* Scroll to bottom, look for AmSpec Card!

Re:NEWS! SSTP Presents To Parlacen - 2008/04/29 10:40 pm I'm reading how Bio-fuels are taking food out of our stores, but I know better. I know China and other countries are are paying premium bucks for our produce, so it goes to them.
Then I read how U.S. Steel Corp used 240,000 gals of Bio-fuel in 2007 in their steelmaking operations, and still USSE drops.
I would really like to invest more in this company (USSE) and I will...when it shows me a reason to.
I don't want to own the world...just the part that pays off.

JR Called To Guatemala - 2008/05/04 06:18 pm Hmmmm. USSE/SSTP John Rivera's presence is required in Guatemala. Very interesting.

From the Natchez Democrat article:

* "The postponement is due to a request from the president of Guatemala, Julio Gammarra."

* "Exhibit A, of the continuance is a letter from Gammarra confirming a meeting between Rivera and the Guatemalan Parliament"

As usual, the Natchez Democrat does not exactly have their facts straight. The President of Guatemala is Alvaro Colom. Julio Gonzalez-Gamarra is the President of Central American Parliament, Parlacen.

Now what would the Guatemalan Parliament, and Dr. John Rivera possibly have to discuss? Inquiring minds want to know.

Re:New problem (Possibly) - 2008/05/08 11:19 am Just heard yesterday that Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson, from Texas, is going introduce legislation to put a freeze on bio-crops and ethanol production.

Specualtor, have you heard anything about this and what effect will it have on SSTP and USSE?

Re:NEWS! SSTP Presents To Parlacen - 2008/05/08 11:27 am Tomm,

I go along with you. I do own 200,000 shares of SSTP at the present time and would invest more if I saw a good reason too. Right at the present time I see a lot of activity going on at the plant site in Baytown but all of the press that I see is about all these foreign companies that are getting on the board of directors and none of them have bought anything that I know of.

Where are the sales. I think as an investor I deserve to know, in more detail what the plans are and a time frame to get there. I don't see that so far.

It is alarming to hear about all this activity in foreign countries and very little about what is going on right here in this country. Seems to me that if you are going to get involved with a foreign country that you would pick one that has a stronger currency than our own and not those that have a weaker currency.

Just my thoughts, which obviously don't have any weight.

Re:NEWS! SSTP Presents To Parlacen - 2008/05/08 11:34 am An additional thought.

I have three fears and I list them not in a particular order.

1. All this involvement with foreign companies will end up not resulting in any revenue.

2. Our own government (read my note on Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson) will approve legislation freezing all the bio-crop production for fuel or eliminating it altogether. It is obvious to me that Congress is heavily influenced by the big Oil conglomerates and stopping the production of bio crops for fuel purposes plays right in to the hands of the oil companies.

3. If the price/share stays down at the present levels or slips further down that the dreaded REVERSE SPLIT will hit us right in the seat of our pants.

Re:NEWS! SSTP Presents To Parlacen - 2008/05/11 07:50 pm I don't know Fox. The Agriculture market sells to the highest bidder. You know how that goes, no one can get legislation past that can mess with the American capitalistic foundation. If these countries want to make bio fuels to help their upper class get around, they will pay what ever it takes. This means that more American grown crops will go for this objective, instead of creating our own strong bio fuel industry, even though American bio fuel will get the blame of the food shortages to come, instead of the blame being our crops going to China and these South American countries to fill their needs instead of ours. I don't want to own the world...just the part that pays off.
