Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/28 04:41 pm Dear Brent, Red & Mikey,

I appreciate your insight. THis market is easily up, down and dumped. I tried to call the Arizona office with no luck the past two work days just to ask about dillution, Dunn's report, etc. The rumors sure are flying but I put no stock in them. I will keep trying to call. My take is this small company is trying a long term building program that does not usually give blockbuster news except by accident. I wish otherwise. However, the dillution and slower responses cause it to lag. The little profit dumpers do not help either and will continue as long as FMNJ is not out the OTC, let alone the pinks. At least the exposure or excitement is back for a while. Anyone else with concrete news?

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/28 10:07 pm Steve thanks for the updated.

Nope, no news here. Are we not ready for some end of month reports etc.?

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/29 12:36 am EXPLANATION FOR AFTER HOUR TRADES!!!!

I posted this on the Ihub..........

Those AH trades are trades that were not posted by those MM bastards during trading hours! Those shares were sold probably around 10-11 AM this morning and the MM´s didn´t post them on L2! The stock closed at 11!!!!!!! No worries! Nobody would be soooo damn stupid to sell at 6! And if, they wouldn´t go through at 6! Instead the market maker is by law responsible to give you the best price! So even if you would put in an order at 6 at the close, you´ll see 10´s, 9´s and so on printing!

Those are trades from the morning that where not posted till AH!

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/30 02:33 pm Dear RF, Brent et al,

Guess you already talked to Mr. Nichols, RF? It was an interesting conversation for the slow future.

1. Denial of buyout rumor of company this year but no denial of anything long term.
2. Mr. Dunn's report held up again for further sample analysis taken and lab analysis. He has spent much time on it. Maybe next week, no sooner.
3. Mr. Dunn's report will have some kind of site (reserve) valuation within SEC guidelines of disclosure. Both for Escala AND the nearby Gold field area... which if promising (and so appears) then activity (expensive) can start to setup this year upon board approval and funding. (???)
4. Funding loan for Texas oil well venture makeovers is complete and preparations to start if not already started are underway.
5. Confirmed disappointing Pres letter that the process mill for Escala is partly there and still full 90 days away from dismantle, reinstall, operational testing, etc. At least it is still coming. Cash flow is still minimal at present.
6. The company reorganization plan affecting South America operations is still coming and not revealed yet. This could be good or a yawn-er.
7. No knowledge of further dillution one way or other.

Anything I missed?

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/30 11:45 pm Sounds like we're 50/50 on out come short term?

A few pros and cons?

But hopeful long term.

We'll have to wait for more concrete to pour, so to speak.

Re:thar she blows - 2008/07/01 12:26 pm Dear M,

Just confirms that this FMNJ is a slow, steady mover, no hype nor shooting star at the moment while we wait for the market to notice. Sure, I want it to go fast too, but the market for these small companies no longer buys stories, just solid revenue or official reserve $ with production or its progress to back it up. We are getting close. I tried to share all the info given me. Did I miss any true issues?

Re:thar she blows - 2008/07/01 04:46 pm Steve,
You seem to hit all the issues except my favorite, very fundmental, one.
Managment needs to focus on the CORE business. Mining. Turn a profit there. Create a positive P/E. That will do more for us then delving into other areas like GTL,and oil leases. All of which require capital investment now for a future profit, maybe. All this does is depress the stock value.
For Crist sake, stay focused and make money for a change!!

Re:thar she blows - 2008/07/02 01:59 pm Pr, the market reaction is looking like it is being well percieved!! Shall we have a good summer and fall? As in Seasons!! I hope so. Slow in moving that is forsure.

Re:thar she blows - 2008/07/03 10:08 pm Dear Brent,

I generally agree. The S.A. reorganization and Mr. Dunn's report, if released, should be great news! I am just hoping they come out timely. My FMNJ is still at .0032 average which is still at a 50% down loss at this point. FMNJ does have much in the works. But the 90 day delay in getting the 100 ton/day plant in place was, as usual, another disappointment. Sure glad interest has held high.

Re:thar she blows - 2008/07/04 01:48 pm We are within fractions of each other on average. I was hoping to have accumulated more and on down further in my price average, however, a nice 500 r/s on one stock I own and lack of movement on the others kept my hands tide.

I like you sense the market is getting interested in this one. I feel we will see some movement again next week. My thought, going into Friday, towards the end of trading we get a strong close.

Hard to argue with that type of action! Plenty out there like us think along those lines and will start buying more! Lets hope the chase is relatively slow and steady for a little longer. Then let Franky blow his top!!

Good luck!! No! Get Rich!!

My 16 year olds B-Day today!! She's rooting for Franky too!!

Happy Fourth America

Re:thar she blows - 2008/07/04 02:01 pm Dear Brent,

Birds of a feather...With so much going on, even with Mr Petty's usual slow announcements the good news should keep coming. Those that could get in at .0005 will be bailing out at the first sign of any doldrums. I think they can be absorbed without too much problem. Happy 4th.

Re:thar she blows - 2008/07/04 02:37 pm 2006 seems like yesterday in ways, yet in others painfully slow till now. The gold and silver breakout will imo get more notice this time around!

We need the general public to get greedy. They will, they will, with all the broad markets getting hammered along with the laundry list of other things.

Once the juniors get some huge increase on the back of the metals, we will have some fun. So far the timing is setting up nice..

Petty, keeps the news steady and we will break the resistances to at least .004 soon! imo

After that who knows. Wouldn't it be sweat to see a run like 2006? Obviously it would be great! Anyway, one day at a time...

Re:thar she blows - 2008/07/08 11:23 pm Brent, I sold A few shares today, and also flipped in and out a couple times. It was a good day on this one. I am going to keep watching though as I don't think frank will sustain this. I am not sure though at this time. It seems there were some more shares issued, which may lead to dilution but I can't get a handle on the facts.

Re:thar she blows - 2008/07/28 09:28 pm THere are too many non-believers, bashers and know-it-alls in these boards. I appreciate your past candor. But companies like FMNJ continue to surprise yet be blundgeoned. I have seen enough of the boards and have left Ihub. May you be successful.

Re:thar she blows - 2008/07/29 08:49 pm Per Steve Nichols of FMNJ yesterday, the last 500MM shares were authorized but not issued yet = no dilution yet. For your e-eyes only!

Re:thar she blows - 2008/08/04 08:09 pm Dear Brent,

I have been following FMNJ on ihub in the background now. I agree and it is good to have a few places where there is watching interest. Some of FMNJ's projects will take some time and some of the same are like icebergs for in and out shareholders. I just hope the value will become evident. This is a tough market on Juniors and any stock that does not deliver reserves, profits or excellant obvious potential. Best wishes.
