Dear esteemed moderator......99% of Pink Sheets fizzle. This is because contray to some of the wishful thinkers out there, these are just that......Pink sheets in which there are boat loads of scrupulous managers that attempt to lure in investors with the promise of mergers, acquisitions. They issue more shares to resolve any debts, they write more shares so they can actually pay themselves. So after the intial buzz has worn off, they just keep diluting and PPS heads only in one direction and that is not north. There was no DD required here. All one had to do is look at the 10K's in the previous 2 years and find that there was a huge disconnect between assets and funds needed for both of these companies as well as the JV (Mistral). No money honey! I knew that going in. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure that out. . Frankly, I was looking for a quick profit like the rest of you. Since this is less than 1/2 % of my portfolio, I can afford to lose it outright and chalk it up to poor decision making on my part. Thanks for your input. I think some of you confuse due diligence with what Dale Carneghie used to call "just plain ole common sense". Common sense is not so common!
