This type of SEC action makes me wonder if I'm ever getting my 5 cents per share. I think it's time to move to PAVC.

BTW Goldenrod, loved the "Wizard R.I.P."

The Wizard will rise again somewhere with another scam...
He makes Dracula look like a heavy sleeper...

According to IHUB, WILLY is totally shocked and feels blindsided by this whole event. DUMB*founded, so to speak.

To think I worshipped the Wizard 18 months or so ago. I dropped GBDX at .0090 on the way back down, however long ago that was. I wonder how many times Willie flipped that puppy on us?

It's part of the Russian/Georgian/US negotiations...

It is not that we seize them, but that they seize us.

Trading without a quote isn't really trading. You have to make an application to get quoted, after a suspension. If there isn't anybody left to fill out the applications GBDX is still screwed.

Re:GBDX : Serious Chat Time - 2008/09/04 04:04 am Hi,

I'm interested in what your thoughts are about GLCC. Do you think it is a good value at under 2cents, and do you think the company can succeed with its current business model?

Thanx for your input.

Readers,

What a day Friday was for GBDX stock trading. In the early AM GBDX was trading nice working it's way up to a high of .0047. Then all of a sudden a recent filing was reported to our trading room about the company raising the AS to 1.8 billion. One guy in my trading room automatically dumped 3.5 million shares once again crashing through supports as the stock tumbled to .0037 bid BUT even with nervous nellies selling the price regain support quickly closing the end of the day at .004 unchanged.

The funny part of the dump the same guy contacted...towards the end of the day and he rushed to buy back 3.75 million shares. This was hilarious watching him try to get back what he dumped earlier. He did get them back.

IMO Explanation

I have been repeatedly writing about a large short position building. It's October now and the short didn't stop building because September ended with the 420,000,000 million short that buyins.net reported for August. We are trying to get buyins.net to give us a new update but the owner was busy today so we have to wait.

While we wait for new short numbers the company has pulled the DTC Sheet for September and noticed an increase in shares in the market and the company didn't put them there. The company knows the short increased in September so they were once again forced to raise the AS to maintain 51% control. Ask, why didn't they raise the AS 500mil? Answer; They didn't need to because many of us believe news is coming in the next 10 days and The Perfect Short Squeeze will start up. Many believe this news will come next week. Therefore the company only raised the AS enough to maintain a control block of 51% knowing they were about to start a news blitz ultimately forcing a The Perfect Short Squeeze.

I personally believe the short could have up to 500 million shares short. Our group that has given their shares to our count is 530 million. I am not one to list these figures with no proof.

Listed Possible Figures

1,800,000,000 AS

1,100,000,000 51% Company Control Block

530,000,000 US

200,000,000 Restricted

450,000,000-500,000,000 Short

The company at previous 51% of 1.5 billion had to of held

800,000,000 million, ad in 300 more mil is how I arrived at the 1.1 billion above.

Because we expect news from the company at any time the company moves into the last 13 days of the month with over 51% control and can launch "The Perfect Short Squeeze".

No matter how much longs get ridiculed on message boards, this long is not pulling off my prediction of the squeeze scenario and believing this has been the goal of Sib Almaz as a smart method of paying for most of their purchase of Global Diamonds. I believe we are going to see if my scenario close.

So hang in there everyone it's about to get jiggy!!

Thank you,

Hal Engel
