Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/17 01:16 pmA good little number to help digest the fact that PM stocks have suffered. They may very well be on the mend, immediately. I would like to think the juniors well follow in the wake of the next up move! Both Silver and GOLD will shine!

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/17 06:44 pmDear Brent,
Perhaps we will see a little upward movement. But it will be hard going as there is an obvious move to dump FMNJ when it recovers a little due to bad attitudes and no more good news until end of May. Consider all the shares sold this past week at low prices on good news! Ugh. These days FMNJ is making plant progress but it takes more $ and twice the time they expect. I am just being realtistic as a long time rooter of FMNJ. Readers, do not get overly discouraged. I suspect Frankie has a number of surprising moves and discoveries to announce over time. This is not an overnight flast-in-the-pan. They are on track.
FMNJ needs to get into the gold field for real interest to stack up. I also suspect they will find more gold than previously reported on identified and un-identified land. But, so much for my crystal ball.

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/18 10:55 amSteven, I agree we that we may see some movement. I also think that those selling out will find them selves whipsawed. That is my take. I/We know that with the housing bubble that burst falling to earth at a rapid pace, money creation is well into double digits, inflation is rearing it's ugly head whether the FED will admit it or not, and it is not going to end anytime soon. We will see that money excess find the new bubble to inflate! As I/we know that we have been in a bull market for commodities going on 8 years now. With that in mind we have not seen anything yet! with at least 9 more to go!
Bulls never go straight up until the end. We are far from that, as noted by the week share prices we see in many pms stocks and not just the juniors and explorers. We see it in some of the big boys too.
That is now changing, the big boys like Barrick, Newmont, Anglo, etc.. are all posting huge profit and they are de hedging, and that will get some attention here on this next upleg.
When the next leg up breaks the trend up we may very well get the shot in the arm needed to get us over the wall and out of the cellar we find ourselves.
We are still in business!!!
I am now more convinced, that we may not have a typical "go way in summer, sell mentality" like usual. I am thinking this summer may catch a lot of people off guard and they'll wish the never doubted this bull. I agree with most that blood is everywhere in the streets and the worry is understandable and at extremes.
How can the share prices be so cheap and going down when GOLD, SILVER and Commodities are going up huge, huge?
Well lag time and a flat out classic Shake out (long Term) is happening before our eyes in my opinion, may be very well what is happening. As we move along this next few weeks and months, my suspicions may very well been seen in longer term charts.
So with what I perceive coming our way in the next up leg in prices for what FMNJ (many others) has in the ground we will get a nice move up soon, at least by late fall. So I stand by my buying and will do so for years to come in this sector as a whole.
Adam Hamilton has a nice piece to help soothe the faint at heart? See below link.

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/18 04:37 pmBrent&Steve, I would like to join this discusion of Frankie. I have been around this guy for a long time. I think Frankie is doing the right thing by divesting it's self of non-proforming assits and not over imbellishing future expectations in thier press releases. This,to me,is common sense.A good way to deprss stock value is raise expectations and then fall short in proformance. Adam Hamilton's article is compelling only if you disreguard the trend. When the Tec bubble busted and money went into realistate it was moving away from risk to and industry more consertive. If that pattern holds true then the next logical bubble will be in Bonds, not commodies. I do agree that world demand will raise commody prices. But how does that effect Frankie? You must think of the mining industry as a derivative of the commody,(Gold and Silver), in the case of Frankie. They will benifit from rising commody prices only if they run there opperations efficienly. It is true in all industries that in good times some companies will produce a lot but fail to profit, while other companies produce less and profit. It all comes down to how they manage themselves. As one company within the industry, the market does not make or break them. A good market; in this case, rising prices, is something they can benfit from, but will not insure there success. Think of it this way. The market price is "iceing on the cake", Frankie's managment has to make the "cake". I think they will. Mike

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/18 09:52 pmYmikey,
"If that pattern holds true then the next logical bubble will be in Bonds, not commodities."
I may not agree Ym, as I think from what I know the bond market has been in or is a bubble now and is getting/or will get hammered later when the FED or the market forces interest rates higher, etc.
I am not fully versed on the Bond market. Correct me if I am wrong though. The bond market is interest rate sensitive. Low interest rates help the Bond market inversely. So if rates longer term go up they would put downward pressure on Bond yields, and with inflation running at double digits (imo) the rate of return is potentially negative if not already?
Or are they negative now and it is the other way around? With inflation taking into consideration, with interest rates (potentially) rising, bond yields are positively affected? I think the afore.
I understand, to my knowledge that gold and silver do very well in both scenarios, as we see of late in a low interest rate environment and they will do even better in a higher interest rate environment based on past history?
It would to me seem the logical trend would be bonds after the commodities boom, as interest rates rising (lets hope for those on fixed incomes) will bring down inflation thus when interest rates peak at far higher rates, then would be the time to get into bonds..
I feel as you from what I see with FMNJ in management doing a good job and when the gold price increases enough, as we have seen 20+ years or so, lots of the juniors will catch a head wind and we will make some money.
I feel it may be even more extreme this time around with the amounts of money sloshing around the planet. Money will find a place to hide, with greed backing it.
Any one with a printing press is expanding fiat money supplies, good for gold and silver in the long run!
This link is something to ponder. Note when it was written and think about what has happened since.. Very compelling!!

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/19 04:43 pmBrent, Your understanding of the bond market is correct. At least, it is the same as mine. I am not expert nor do I invest in bonds. In talking about the "bubbles" I was pointing out that investors that get cought in one do not generally jump back in until things level off. The path form Tec. to Realestate to bonds is more logical the realestate to commodies. In fact realestate and bonds are almost one in the same. Your right in pointing out that bonds are in trouble now and will continue to be until the big banks reestablish creditablty in there bond products. I don't see the next bubble being commodies.I do see increasing intesist in commodie trading and attributed to rising cost, greater world demand and more uses for things like corn, rice, sugar cane,I.E.ethanol.Commodies trading is a very basic thing, not easly made complex like bonds or realestate. Also commodies are assumed to be very risky and generally not a good investment for people that do not understand them. There is a big differance between holding a mortgage and holding an unleaded gas future. Your comments on the Gold and Silver commidies I agree with. You must keep in mind that when you invest in a Gold mine you are NOT inversting in Gold(the commodie).Gold will sell at market price. Gold mines will profit by marketing and controlling cost. Two differant agendas. Mike

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/19 05:15 pmDear FMNJ Fans,
Tough day. Barely inches up and the slam-dump occurs down to where someone bought it at a low. The manipulators are at it again. Sure wish I knew what day they would try and I would beat them to the punch. Oh, well. Only production news can help now. Even if gold rises, the Jr's to benefit will be solid producers and selective in nature. Not all boats will rise with this tide. Just watch.

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/19 08:34 pmYmike ya, I here you. I am hoping the shares of the companies that find and produce will leverage the pm prices so that our risk pays our reward. As you know that is why many of us trade them. On occasion they run like the wind. One out ten will do me fine!! Today was not our day with Franky that is for sure. It and many others had a rough day, while the physical metals held their own.
Painful game we play. How is that? No pain no gain? Well I have news for those who dish out the dumpers at end of day. I still have ample morphine to get me through!! lol.. maybe no brains though..

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/20 09:11 pmDear All,
Another tougher day! Mr. Manipulator is working overtime before the EOM announcement. Low buy, low ball sell with big # shares to keep people frustrated and at bay. As long as there is little push, the day trader(s) will win. I hope Frankie will give Great news and inch toward the gold field. By the way, does anyone have a favorite gold producing Jr. with potential? Thanks -

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/21 10:59 pmDear Brent,
I read many pr's and there is much hot air but little specifics. FMNJ's fate is in their own hands with joint ventures, starting the gold field, better managing their own PR, etc. Even at current prices, there is much money to be made. Sad to forecast, but gold/silver will not go up much until unfortunate events economically will trigger it that unfavorably will affect us all and probably this year. FMNJ is silver, so what about a junior gold producer as a recommendation. By the way, am I the ONLY one calling FMNJ's office?

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/22 08:48 pmDear Reader,
Amazing! FMNJ actually put out the assay report several hours ahead of schedule. I think I will faint................
What is hard to determine is the RESULTS of precious metal potential. The last time such hints were given out I calculated $7.5 billion in silver/gold/etc just from Escala based on their estimates. Therefore, I CALLED their office. Hmmmm.........
1. Mr Dunn will soon put out an official interpretation of the assay results. 2. The FIRST earnings is report is still on schedule for EOM May. Yahoo! 3. Supposedly, next week sometime FMNJ will give us a President's report on the state of their ORGANIZATIONAL improvements. Now THAT sounds interesting. It is NOT tied to any takeover per FMNJ office. SHHHHHH! Do not tell the stock manipulator(s).
Well, readers, what do YOU think?

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/25 07:20 pmDear Brent,
Your math is correct. The market's response and evaluation of this situation so far is snoozing. FMNJ's ability to dramatically increase production while moving on to other equally valuable sites (gold, silver, copper) is the key along with PROMOTION !!! Otherwise, they are just a takeover target... and at these prices and volume, some company could just do it for peanuts before we knew what is happening. Yes, I know about the SEC filing rule of 5%, but there are initial ways around that regretably. So, shall we mount a bid to join FMNJ's board?

As I watch the huge volume every day, a thought has struck me: At .0008 usual buy/sell, NO ONE is making a profit. With all the good news out and coming, it seems odd to have this level of volume. Further it would only take 100 MM shares to trigger the 5% SEC rule of disclosure. Yet none has happened. Either some one is not legal or someone(s) with duplicate accounts are just making it SEEM like there are lots of sales. Without hurting nor involving FMNJ management, I wonder if it would be appropriate to contact the SEC....

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/29 12:19 amHi Brent and Steven!
I own FMNJ shares for 6 years now! I normally post on the Ihub! In my opinion it would be very nice if you guys (who have proven a good knowledge of what they´re talking about!) would post and discuss on the Ihub, where a bunch of wannabees are trashing a stock that will blow up in the next couple of weeks! If you guys don´t feel like it, thats fine! I´ll keep enjoying your posts here! But over there it would be real fun!

Re:Best to Come... - 2008/05/30 10:23 amLong timer!! News is out today and there is ten tons of concentrate and they are cash flowing.
Franklin's Escala Mine Achieves May 2008 Goals
2008-05-30 08:08 ET - News Release
LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/30/08
Franklin Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FMNJ) (FRANKFURT: FMJ) Chairman and CEO, William A. Petty, is pleased to announce that with their May 2008 production of 10 tons of 50% concentrate, the Escala Mine JV Project has achieved the announced goal of first revenues and moves closer to self-sufficiency in 2008's second quarter.
"As I said in my May 13, 2008 Letter, the goal we set for our Escala Mine project was that they be 100% cash-flow positive at the end of the Second Quarter 2008. The critical first step in reaching that goal was the production of marketable concentrate at the end of May." Mr. Petty concluded today's brief announcement explaining, "The estimated $31,500 generated by May's production virtually assures us that June's cost of operation is covered and that we are now focused on providing for expanding the Escala's capital equipment."
Howard Dunn, Franklin's Vice President of Operations for International Mining, has prepared and submitted for Board Review his third Summary Assessment of the Escala Mine which will be posted at www.FranklinMining.com following review and acceptance.

Re:Best to Come...Next Week - 2008/05/30 10:53 amDear Brent,
I like the small good news. Too bad they did not tell what a ton of concentrate was worth to revenue. Next week should be be bigger news.
I could not find the FMNJ board of OTC within IHUB as another poster suggested. Spreading the news of FMNJ on as many hubs as possible is recommended.
Somehow FMNJ is being ignored. Good news comes out and the price drops.....???? More manipulation ? Why would anyone sell at rock bottom when FMNJ has news to ascend? (Or is it deceptive?)

Re:Best to Come...Next Week - 2008/05/30 09:27 pmI feel the share price will recover. I bought more again today, as I feel the price is right. Will it go below .0008? Who knows? I don't think so.
They did give the pr out early and it is short. Time will tell. If Franky will go it will run going forward, imo. I'll layer shares all summer if I can in pms.
Here is another company (Bolivia) for a comparison that is being hammered, yet will be producing from what I gather. I have not owned it for quite awhile, however, I am interested again.
Here is a link to a nice reaffirmation in someways that stocks like this will go. They are still in business and starting to produce and potentially cash flow.

I appreciate your timely comments. It is getting most discouraging when good news continually comes out and shareholders sell at rock bottom. I have no wish to wait another year. Either the manipulators must go or there are other places to get a multiple return. The next month will tell the story.

Re:Best to Come...Next Week - 2008/06/01 04:39 pmSteven, I'll wait till fall and layer in as much as possible in June and through July! From what I feel, we have not priced in the shares of the pms yet.
I have been trying to find an article that posts the historical ratio trends of the mining shares and physical gold & silver. From what I can remember physical metals tend to outperform the mining shares by 3/1 and if I am correct we are well into 4/1.
So as we all now trends work at least fifty percent of the time and we are over it? lol Lets hope that this next up leg in physical gold and silver, that the shares out perform the metals. FMNJ included..

Re:Best to Come...Next Week - 2008/06/01 05:03 pmDear Brent,
I agree with you general ratios. While Precious Metal Producers have not benefited much yet, at some point they will as we agree. However, FMNJ or others like them in infancy are not quickly to be a "JR" that becomes a darling of wall street without promotion, pure OTC status, growing revenue, etc. MNYG is similar to FMNJ but seems to have a more agressive tpd program. Their success will depend on the gold grams they can truly deliver. I have not researched them much yet. Anyone else have any ideas of how to get FMNJ promoted and invited the the debutante ball?

Now you are one of the longs, this has become almost a daily situation for most. I am tired of loosing money too. So I found a way to make money, I don’t have to do any research, or sit in front of my computer day in and day out watching and waiting, just to be disappointed. This is all free, and it works. All I ask is that you take a look at it and see what you think. It is so simple That it is almost a sin, please just look at it for yourself, see what I am talking about. You will be happy that you did. NO MORE RISKY INVESTMENTS.
