Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/02 08:54 pm The chart for what little I know suggests (bullish hammer) a change in price is close or at hand. We have had an after hour trade of 40 mil or so, and to me that suggests your are on the right track Big Mike!! I have loaded up some more late last week, I feel good... whistle:

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/02 09:45 pm Dear Smiley,

I hope you are right. I am in dutch with 3 other stocks the same way and have no more cash to buy FMNJ with. In the past Frankie had better press and seemed "new" to the news. Now, only blockbuster items will get attention. I still press them to mention their estimate of 7.5 $BILLION (yes, billion) in silver at their current location alone, but am being ignored so far. I wish the sellers would just give me their stock (hah, hah). As I keep harping, why would anyone sell at the lowest price of the year unless....

I did try to do some pr on IHUB today for FMNJ but do not know the results yet.

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/02 10:24 pm Well I hope weīre all right on this one! The chart looks "sick"!!!!! What a drop eh? Well some people are mumbling about an increase in O/S to about 4 billion! If that is the case I can understand the drop and its not investors confidence that made this puppy drop! I really hope that this extra billion shares are some sort of 504! A private investor or group that is scouping up those shares! If that is the case, Iīm not that much worried about this stock! Wonder what the float is! Any good news about what the Escala deposit is worth or GTL may send this thing into orbit! Am I a dreamer? Hope not! Well! Iīm far too much down on this one! All I have left is hope! Cīmon Mr. Petty! Time for this thing to take off!

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/03 08:21 am I guess a phone call to the t/a would define if they are issuing another 500mil shares?

I like a sick chart occasionally, as not only does a stock not go up constantly it doesn't always go down constantly either. I hope the chart speaks "buy me" this morning and who ever has faith and plenty of cash moves in and takes up our slack!

Not that the chart is presenting a reversal by having classic bullish hammer or anything. One has to think occasionally the candle sticks work, so now would be a time for them to prove themselves, imo..

GTL!! Too?

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/03 09:58 am Dear Fellow Holding Our Breaths...

FMNJ is not directly issuing more stock, but per their office and news releases has traded stock for payment of old outstanding debt. At this point they were not telling how much stock was given. The effect is almost the same and maybe why it is being sold just now. I hope that temporarily it is cheaper for us and the forced sales will soon subside.

Mr Dunn's more formal evauation report is being written, submitted to the board and hopefully will come out in about 7 days that states some positive value $ & # for the investors and market to chew on. After that, presumably, Mr. Petty will issue another President's letter about more significant changes and opportunities that are currently being finalized. I imagine there will be several months of such announcements as the company advances!

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/03 06:44 pm Another down day. Another low. There is no upside with this stock. Its a loser. And anyone who thinks differently is out of their mind. They can come out with any info they want its all garbage and noone is buying into it anymore. Good luck to the last few beleavers.

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/03 07:55 pm Last word. I have over the years played the sub-penny miners. Only one has made it to 12 bucks after an r/s.

I have had many others multi bag for great returns. They take time, my point is. I am of the mind that Franky and many many more will one day shine very bright. Not all of them that is for sure. I hope for more than one them! Yet one will do me right.

It appears to be all gloom & doom now, as "sps" has hit the nail on the head. They are still in business and going to profit from what I see and believe. I think of franky and others, as my little mutual funds, accumulate the shit out cheap shares while I can, because one day, one at least will make a difference again. So my ramble, may you care nothing about, fine. Sell and be done or try and think of this as an mere "ouch" and hope for the best. I do and am putting more into the juniors on the lows. They very well may be this way (in the toilet) for more time than you care to hold out, late summer would be a good bet. imo

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/03 09:17 pm Dear Brent & All,

Interesting how there is good news progresively coming but not fast enough for some who expected a blockbuster find. No comment on the office news I just passed along? I have seen much acid on IHUB and posted some positive news there. I still encourage all of you to input to all the boards out there about FMNJ progressive good news! Plant the seed...................... I bought more today.

That is good news in and of itself. I, like you would think if the co is on the up and up, it (share selling) will subside. As you do,

I'll find time to follow up soon, that is calling office for more input, etc... Your help and up beat attitude is appreciated! My father has had some difficulties and my time is usually late in the day for surfboarding and follow ups.

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/07 04:08 pm Apparently the selling is not done. Other boards are quick to trash Frankie, and others. I tried to speak to the facts but too many posters just want to chat. Next week should be Mr Dunn's update and formal valuation, as I understand it.

Brent, I hope family situations are better now. We are with you!

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/07 08:21 pm Thank you! Good news, all is well and on the mend!!

Lets see if we get a little action this week and when Dunn gets the info out, and lets hope timely we see a push up in price. I am starting to think this summer may be a stronger one in the juniors and explorers. Lets see what gives. I do see you around the other bloggs. By the way you may know me as some sort of _____bird

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/16 06:44 pm Hi Steven!

I checked with the TA today and called the office in Santa Cruz.......the O/S was 3.946 bil today at 2 PM. I was lucky to get Petty on the phone and I asked him about further dilution......not happening. I expect him to pull the ra.....out of the hat soon! According to the shareholder letter he couldnīt talk about it cause of lawyers restrictions to spill out news before 100% secure. The GTL + Dunns report should make this bounce! I know some people ready to jump in at these bottom prices once the remaining 44mil hit the market! So my guess is that it wont go further down than 5-6. IMO

P.S.: Good job on the Ihub! )))))))))) Those
whiners (who havent sold) might get lucky (if they were able to average down) Some people will make a ton!

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/16 10:14 pm RF,

You reached him in Bolivia? If so, good work. I bought too much on the way down at higher prices and now out of $. The organzation change did not make it into this President letter, but their office in US hinted today that it was related to the GTL progression. Personally, with the funds flow years away on this, I do not see this as a great business decision except if their JV partner will start immediately with $ and leadership. I do not see how it can help the share price now. 2008 will not see any oil drilling though that is certainly a future item in Bolivia. Shucks! What would help is progress on a gold mine operation or taking the Escala to 250 tons per day now. Please confirm your understanding, the increase in O/S shares was due to trade-off for debt vs outright FMNJ issuance to get money, correct? Is my forthright messages on IHUB okay in your opinion? I hope the Dunn report states $ valuation and not meaningless detail. I pressed my FMNJ office contact to ask Petty to tell us preliminary tons and advance $ sale figures for Escala instead of generalities. Do you think Petty would consider me for a board position?

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/16 11:36 pm Hi Steven!

Well the O/S is almost maxed out now! A tiny 44mil missing to reach full 4bil! Well then....They issued 1.5bil new shares and they have enough money now......considering the dilution began around 0.008.....lets say average 0.002 makes a nice 3 friggin million......time to pull the hammer on Escala IMO!!!!!!! Once we reached this 4bil this week, I donīt think that there will a a lot of selling pressure on this stock.....so moving upwards should be fairly easy!

So you donīt think this will go off with GTL news eh? Well just look at the news in April 2006 and check what happened to this stock on GTL news! Yep! It moved on GTL......or do you think that people will wait 3 years until they produce to buy????? If Petty announces anything near a lets say $300-600mil deal on GTL you donīt think this will fly in conjunction with a Dunn report saying we have $1-2bil in reserves???????? Oh shit! I donīt want to even think about it!

This stock is DUE bro........All in my opinion of course!

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/17 09:02 pm RF,

Where do you find the true current O/S? My broker nor yahoo reflects that. I would love to be wrong about GTL but at a 20% stake and years away from an unknown profit without reserves, this would be difficult for the market to "advance" and up front share price or even get too excited these days that green has gone (unfortunately) boring. Tell me good news.

Thats the TA of FMNJ and heīs never been gagged! Total O/S= 3954000000 A/S= 4000000000

So basically 44mil left and Petty said no more dilution! Thatīs it! 44mil is a joke! So you can consider the dilution done!

Call them up and check for yourself. Maybe the remaining 44mil went off today!

Re:thar she blows-betrayed - 2008/06/19 09:09 am Dear RF ,

Well, I called and they verified your figures, except for one thing. The State of Nevada says that the authorized stock was bumped up 1 billion to 5 yesterday which that company did not know about yet. That increase is not required by law, nor does a company that is NOT going to dilute more need to do this. I see this as untrustworthy like the many unkept or snail-paced changes promised. I doubt the 2nd plant is even there yet as promised earlier. I suggest that since you spoke with him direct, ask him again directly why he would do such a thing (cut through the mustard, Petty). So far this operation is just a petty hobby.

Re:thar she blows - 2008/06/26 05:01 pm Dear Brent,

Some of what RoyalFlush just said makes sense. It is nice that rigs are lease $ coming in, but that was NOT what moved this market today. It was the rumor of a takeover which seems to have no substantiation. I saw the video clip and there was nothing in it of any consequence. $.03 ? Would be nice but a pipe dream when sly people can buy it for less. While I look for better news from Mr Dunn's report which seems to be delayed again (can not reach the company by phone), it is nice that some herd mentality can go a favorable direction. Without some really good news, it will just die back to almost old levels. FMNJ is worth at least $.10 a share, but this is a small company highly stretched. Start a gold mining operation and I will have a more positive opinion. You asked, sooooo.....
