Re:wtvi sucks - 2007/10/25 12:06 pmedwardnogo, what "good news"?
The same old fluff PR machine that he has used for over a decade?
Do your DD. Check the fundamentals. They are horrific.
You got an incredibly non-friendly share holder CEO who has been caught in lie after lie.
You got heavy debt 91+ MILLION
You got astronomical DILUTION still hovering even after the 5th RS.
No cash to speak of.
WTVN's competition is the mega giants of the industry (Google, Yahoo, etc.) with easily 4 thousand upstarts ,as well, like WTVN, except they are new and growing and have competent management. WTVN? Been around 10+ plus years and still pumping the lastest buzz-word as the next great for them.
The stock is performing EXACTLY like it should.
And suckers keep buying it based on fluff PR's.

Re:wtvi sucks - 2007/10/26 11:51 amHere's the REALITY of what share holders buy in to.
30 BILLION authorized shares in '07 91 MILLION+ in debt. 356K market cap and dropping 150K cash and dropping 80K in revenue in '06 BAD MANAGEMENT HISTORY OF RS'S (5 in 7 yrs. & 4 in a row)
AND,
Complete destruction of shareholder value for 10 years running. (ie. continuous DEATH SPIRAL on TREND LINE)
You will see the GRAPHS of the MAIN COMPETITION (you know the ones who have MONEY, EYEBALLS, ADVERTISERS ETC.) in relation to WI-FITV.
WI-FITV's graph is a flatline. In medical terms, they are DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re:wtvi sucks - 2007/10/27 11:44 amJurp10, thanks for reaffirming the obvious. I figured you had nothing of value to offer about WTVN.
So, unless you have some comments of substance, as they pertain to the topic, I have nothing more to say to you.

Re:wtvi sucks - 2007/10/30 12:28 pmI am glad to see a few people waking up..Alex is just another CEo scam artist,,,,,,,,,Put him in bed with another notable....Clarence William Karney/PDSC/PDSF/PDSS....Al have mastered hoodwinking investors, scirting laws,,,,,and laughing all the way to the bank...........The SEC is a spinless, gutless group of shisters to boot. They made the laws for crooked CEO's to be able to screw people out of billions of dollars. And the bust someone like Martha Stewart, just because her broker told her to dump a stock. Wake up, and only invest when a stock is on the move, take small profits, 10/20%, get the heck out, and enjoy your trip to the bank. Screw every CEO, and company you can, out of every penny you can. Because if you don't, they will certainly burn you first. And our governing body, the grand poo pa of the stock market, is just as guilty as the crrked CEO's, Media Companies, Market Makers, transfer agents, and the list goes on and on. So don't cry when you loose money to these crooks, just beat them at their own game first!!!!!!!!

Every investor who has been fleeced by a fraudulently operating pink sheet listed corporation understands all too well that there is an unimpeachable need for extreme regulatory reforms being tabled, passed and enacted by legislature and enforcedly implemented by the SEC representatives with a specific affect bearing down on all Pink Sheet Listed corporations.
You'll all note that such extreme regulatory reforms should have already been structured and should presently be seriously evaluated for the potential fruits of their specific application Avintage1956.
Additionally, in the light of any specific examples of proceeds attainable by potential highly illegal and relatively unchecked acts of manipulation being propagated by Officers/Directors of Pink Sheet listed Corporations, being potentially utilized for purposes of an Organized Crime nature - thus falling into the jurisdiction of laws such as the RICO Statute and all that such measures enable representatives of law enforcement agencies to enact? -; one would be hard pressed in finding any Top Tier American law enforcement officials who, once provided such verifiably, corroborated and wholly unimpeachable evidence, wouldn't be in favor of such extreme regulatory reform being introduced immediately. Are following the logic thus far Avintage1956?
Furthermore, in an effort at providing some specific assistance for you and via a momentary digression; I'll state the following before I resume a delivery of the crux of my message Avintage1956.
"When you find the SEC's representatives are presenting to you as not actively, effectively and genuinely pursuing their assigned mandate and you find that said officials appear to be concentrating on the average novice investor's oversights as actionable cause for pursuit - as opposed to illegal and Organized activity which is not restricted to one individual investor and is specifically indicative of a very large and provably interconnected group of professional swindlers, which is calculably comprised of advertising executives, journalists, accountants, sub prime lenders lawyers, consultants etc, etc,... - as sorely lacking evidence of their diligence in executing their assigned and handsomely paid for responsibilities and function; one should immediately employ alternate methodologies to the goal of resolving their dilemma."
In continuing, providing that the inferred lax enforcement of existing legislated regulatory requirements continues unabated and coupled with the refusal to appropriately address and provide for the requirement of extreme regulatory revisions being applied to the operation of Pink Sheet Listed Corporations, i.e. the Officers/Directors and distanced parties at the service of a Corporation; it is highly conceivable and unambiguously supportable that "Terrorist modalities", which may be found to pose a direct threat to National Security - that would be the NSA's jurisdiction -, may be presently taking advantage of a specific absence of said degree of regulatory reforms.
An advanced and extreme degree of Regulatory requirements and accompanying enabling mechanisms should, by virtue of the ever present expectation that America's initial equities investment sector of first resort, The Pink Sheets market, may not be as secure as had been thought and may actually lend itself well to the flow of financing to Enemies of the United States Of America, be deemed necessary and should be imposed as measures which would effectively stem the great potential of future instances of abuse of privilege.
Readers will note, as indicated by my reference of the NSA, that said aforementioned extreme regulatory revisions and the consequent penalties attached, is probably out of the jurisdiction of SEC representatives. You'll additionally note that such drastic changes have been concertedly lobbied against by consultants which represent a consortium comprised of a segment of presently listed pink sheet corporations and/or principals which would prefer to keep the potential for utilizing the Laundromat features, which largely benefit certain unscrupulous Pink Sheet Corporations, left untouched for a previously determined and indefinite period - i.e. forever untouched.
I have no doubt - of this I'm, as sure as I am, assured - that my correspondence has reached the intended and appropriate authorities; I've great reason to be confident of such a statement avintage1956.
I expect that as the crux of this information makes its way to the appropriate authorities; there will be a specifically mandated degree of attention dedicated to expanding on the information provided.
Either by the tickle of a feather and/or the force of an iron fist in a velvet glove; the pink sheets market, as previous investors had experienced it to be, will no longer have the appeal for the afore mentioned group of people, who are known to propagate malicious intent for an exclusive profit and specific use.
"Too bad, so sad"

Re:wtvi sucks - 2007/10/30 10:29 pmSherbert 2 just cut to the chase.
Your on a WTVN MB. You have, basically, supported this stock in your past postings.
Now, you post commentary in which you insinuate that you are in contact with governmental agencies in an attempt to clean up pinkie land abuse propagated by unscrupulous companies. Along the way, you play the NSA card.
So what's the deal?
Are you, now, turning on WTVN?
Do you consider WTVN a national threat?
Have you provided any governmental agency with information about the way WTVN does business and/or handles investor relations?
Do you finally see WTVN for what it is?
BTW you never did answer the questions to my 9/28/08 post, on the "Any Positives From The Frankfurt Listing?" thread. My questions were a direct response to your post that was, in effect, promoting WTVN. A response would be most respectful.
Regardless, perhaps you can answer the aforementioned questions thereby providing insight to readers as to your position on said stock, thread and MB.

Re:wtvi sucks - 2007/10/30 10:33 pmPipa, with all due respect, I don't have the time or inclination to do DD on DMTN. And, I will not make comments I'm not prepared to back up.
I appreciate your request, but if you do true DD tempered against your investment needs and criteria, you will do a far better job, than I could ever do, of finding a stock that is of benefit to you

Re:wtvi sucks - 2007/11/07 01:45 pm"80% of U.S. Adults Now Go Online as Wi-Fi TV Sells TV Stations Viewable Over the Internet"
"Access to Internet Approaches 100% of Adult U.S. Population and Wi-Fi TV Moves TV to Dominant Medium"
Per WTVN Tuesday November 6, 10:49 am ET PR
Headlines for this fluff PR is laughable at best, pathetic at worst.
80% of adults online has NOTHING to do with Wi-FiTV. It's a Harris poll stat on overall internet use.
And "...Wi-Fi TV dominating the medium". Yeah right, more like a lunatics delusion. And here's 3 of the 4100 hundred reasons why: (4100 social networking sites per Hitwise consulting research)
YouTube MySpace Facebook
These 3 are backed by billion dollar companies.
The only "billion" WTVN has is authorized shares created through the sale of CD's, pitted against 91 million in debt and basically no revenue. Sad and disgusting.
FACTS not FLUFF!!!!!

Re:wtvi sucks - 2008/01/03 05:09 pmHello, I am new to stock wire. I just wanted to ask if anyone cashed in on WTVN in the past. I know someone who did well when the ceo ran his scam last year around feb. Stock went up to 7 cents after he paid .0001. It may have been .7, either way, he made out on the ceo scam. Didn't anyone else do the same around february of last year?

Re:wtvi sucks - 2008/01/03 05:12 pmFrom past experience, can't we cash in soon? The CEO will run his scam begining of the year. Stock will go up for a short time then come crashing down. I am just going by what my father told me he did last year. He has been watching WTVN for the last few years. Any input would be great, if we can cash in off of the scumbag ceo then great, but if not then we might as well kill him!

Re:wtvi sucks - 2008/01/04 06:01 pmThe yearly spike has just happened.
All one needs to do is look at the 10 year chart, match the PUMP & DUMP with the fluff PR in proportion to the timing of the RS. The evidence is overwhelming and DISGUSTING.
The PUMP is a few months after the RS. It is propagated by a fluff PR (grander than the norm) that is timed with sleazy newsletters and websites chiming in at the proper time to max the pump so the CD converters (sellers) can get out of their stock.
This PUMP & DUMP was timed with the new years global chat fluff PRs of the last few days.
This round is the worst/most dangerous yet.
I'm mean, seriously, with:
Billions of authorized shares 100K in revenue 150K in cash 91 million + in debt NO PR on sales NO PR on revenue NO PR on income NO PR on revenue generating contracts NO PR on growth (other than easily proven lies) NO follow-thru on fluff PR's again and again and again. MASSIVE DILUTION DECADE AFTER DECADE. Reverse splits that are highly predictable. PUMP AND DUMPS that are highly predictable. A CEO with a 800K salary. A CEO whose in bed with sleazy ventures, www.swedishvegas.com COMPETITION with the likes of YouTube, MySpace, FaceBook (companies with billions of backing, millions in revenue, and billions of eyeballs.)
Go to www.alexa.com do a comparison chart with WTVN and said (above) companies. The companies, I might add, that Alex says are his competition. WTVN's chart is a flatline---in medical terms, THEY ARE DEAD.
This current PUMP will die just as quickly as it came into being---for many OBVIOUS reasons BUT THIS TIME MORE THAN EVER BEFORE it is due to the AS (authorized shares) and OS (outstanding shares) counts---bottom line...ASTRONOMICAL DILUTION.

Re:wtvi sucks - 2008/01/04 11:35 pmWhy is the volume so high the last few days. I don't think this is the last spike, it hasn't even happened yet. The stock went to seven cents last year.

Re:wtvi sucks - 2008/01/05 04:19 amWishful thinking my friend...here's why.
Look at the 10 year chart. The spike is very close to the previous spikes after the reverse split.
Last years spike up to 7 cents was done with less shares. And, the pump was the fluff PR's on Bill Gates/Microsoft.
This year the AUTHORIZED share count is around 15 BILLION left. And the OUTSTANDING share count is rising between 20-40 million every two weeks.
Fundementally speaking, with no revenue and high debt that puts the stock at WORTHLESS.
Oh and the high volume you refer to is the same volume pre-split with it hovering around .001. This volume is what happens when you have BILLIONS of shares, newbies buying the hype and CD holders liquidating their shares.
Look at how long it takes to liquidate (sell) an order...a long time. Bias is way negative.
