Well ty dude! I just didn't get in quick enough, bought at .014. All will be fine, she'll start climbing more and more as we get close to May and into May.

Thank you Peter, very nice of you dude.

I added more today, up to about 450,000 shares of PAVC. My average is .0145 though, hoping she climbs steadily with proposed May settlement. Do I believe it will get done in May? NO, but I am hoping it is completed no later than the end of June. It is worth the wait though, at a dime a share, 450,000 shares is $45,000, then they will give me 450,000 shares of TCHH or whatever that symbol is. That is valued at about .025 range, that would work for me.

EDIT: I will flip if I see the opportunity. Worked out well last time selling at .023, not so sure I will have that chance this time as they appear to have this deal firmed up much more than earlier. Appears to be a sure thing, but you never know in this land.

We better hope it's a done deal before the end of June. Keep in mind for our exit reasons that the agreement reads if the .10 is not extended to shareholders by last day in June the current agreement terminates.

Re:NEWS THIS MORNING - 2008/04/25 10:59 am I'm still in here too folks. I was in at .012 but never flipped at the .024 as I probably should have. Who knew. I will be watching and following this one a little closer. Good luck to all.

Re:NEWS THIS MORNING - 2008/04/25 11:06 am Just a little breakfast for thought.
PAVC/TCHH/MILV

PAVC and TCHH merge together.
PAVC shareholders get .10 a share,
and shares of TCHH.

Funding for this merger, in the range of
2 to $7,000,000 dollars, comes from MILV.

MILV is a Shell Company.

The CFO of MILV is also the CEO of TCHH.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Re:NEWS THIS MORNING - 2008/04/25 11:45 am PIPA, very observant and very good point. Also note that the official head offices for both Paivis and TrustCash appear to be in Vancouver BC, Canada. So IMO, there is way more to the "unspoken" story here. That being said, there is plenty of opportunity to make a few dollars with this one.

Re:NEWS THIS MORNING - 2008/04/25 12:13 pm I have a few shares of PAVC. Sure I'd like a dime plus shares of TCHH.

Now I'm switching hats to Ruthless Manager. I need to drive the PPS down to .000x and halt trading in order to scoop up the shares and affect the merger.

How? By doing exactly this and driving the herd.

How many have bought more shares than they know they should have, hoping for the big pay-off?

So, as the PPS gets closer to .07 you get very itchy on the sell trigger. OR, PPS goes to .11 ....SELL!

Being ruthless, I expect the herd to do a major FLIP @.07 driving the PPS into the cellar.

This is all my opinion based on NO FACTS at all. And yes, I know every “Bung Hole” has one.

I do plan to make money on this.

Re:NEWS THIS MORNING - 2008/04/25 04:49 pm Excellent commentary Hank. I like the potential angles you discussed. Keep up the good insight!
Anyone who has ever studied Business Policy might appreciate Hanks comments. Especially the section on "Agency Theory" where basically all managers are viewed by shareholders as self serving rats.

Go to Edger on line and read about MILV and tell me if they have or don't have the money to provide for this merger.

Yes, not a bad day at 4X.

Now,switching hats back to Ruthless Manager,
for all holding @ Cellar PPS still waiting for that dime. Yep, the dime will come shortly after I get this reverse-split paperwork filed.
Trust me.

Throw another shrimp on the barbie.

Re:NEWS THIS MORNING - 2008/04/28 11:54 am Good luck ....its not like they are a solid business to start with. They started as a Vancouver based mining exploration company, that didnt work, then they loaned an IT company a million dollars and are now trying to collect it (in default). 10K shows no real assets, no revenues and no real activity on the horizon except maybe the Paivis deal. Unless one of the insiders lends the company some money, I would say this deal is a long shot at best. Its pretty clear when you read the 10K.....They need to raise the capital to finance the deal..See below for some of the comments from the Mistral 10K filing......

"Subsequent to the year ended December 31, 2007, we entered into a Binding Term Sheet with Trustcash Holdings, Inc. ("Trustcash") and Paivis, Corp. ("Paivis") whereby the Company agreed to finance, on a best efforts basis, a minimum of $2,000,000 but no more than $7,000,000 of the financing required by Trustcash under a Definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger between Trustcash and Paivis dated December 20, 2007, as amended February 5, 2008. "The Company further agreed to provide interim financing to both Paivis and Trustcash of at least $150,000 to cover costs associated with the prospective merger and general working capital.
The Company’s plan of operation will require a minimum of $2,150,000 in funding over the next 12 months pursuant to the Binding Term Sheet, and an additional $100,000 to continue the search for a suitable business opportunity. This funding is not currently available. Should, we acquire a suitable business opportunity within the next 12 months our funding requirements may change. "

Re:NEWS THIS MORNING - 2008/04/28 08:47 pm It just makes me wonder where the money is coming from. They say MILV but from the looks of things at MILV they are broke. It sounds like it's going along just fine but I have questions that can't be answered. This deal just seems kinky to me, I have my shares on stand by anyhow www.bearpawartworks.com
