I sure got my fingers crossed and am hoping for the best.

Question:
We were told that with all of our divisions, if we were broken up and sold, we would be worth .01 to .02 (according to Michael)
If we R/M with a good company (perhaps even a reputable Chinese company), along with an uplist, what in your opinion might we expect, with our pps and the OS?

Can you or anyone please explain the process?

(I'm asking because this would be my first experience with a RM or an uplisting.)

Any thoughts, from anyone?
