They do Biodiesel.
What makes this company unique is that it has some proprietary technologies for improving the revenue and profitability of existing ethanol plants.
One technology is an add-on for ethanol plants called "COES" ("Corn Oil Extraction System") which can extract extra corn oil out of the ethanol production process. This can improve the revenue of a ethanol plant by about 3%.
Right now in the US, there is about $10 Billion worth of ethanol being produced. 3% of $10 Billion is about $300 million. They share that with the ethanol plant. So, the market potential for GSHF of this technology is about $100 million per year.
They started installing COES systems last year, and they are already producing about $1 million worth of COES revenue. They have definitive contracts to install about $16 million worth of COES, and they have "letters of intent" to install another $90+ million in installations.
There is another technology in the pipeline called "CO2 Bioreactor" which has much bigger potential. It captures CO2 emissions from smokestacks and converts it into algae, which can then be processed into biodiesel and ethanol. This technology has the potential to produce $10s of Billions in biodiesel and ethanol revenue. It could be HUGE. It could truly change the world.
