Phase I clinical trial: generally drugs that have never been tested on humans, tested on patients with the worst of the worst prognoses, many drugs make it out of this phase because results are inconclusive, due to the high death rate of patients, doing well in this area can get your drug fast-tracked. also safe dosage and side effects are identified (20-80 people)
phase II: drugs that have passed through to this stage generally will not kill you immediately, longterm mortality rate is determined in this stage (100-300)
phase III:the study drug or treatment is given to large groups of people (1,000-3,000) to confirm its effectiveness, monitor side effects, compare it to commonly used treatments, and collect information that will allow the drug or treatment to be used safely.ceteris paribus "all things being equal" stocks:uyg

looks like the planets are aligning themselves if it doesnt break though trends then it will continue in the channel, if it does get ready for a correction, i fully expect to see this continue in this channel but im worried about the earnings call
