Re:Phase 2 - 2008/04/02 12:36 pm Seems that substantive information on $80,000,000 contracts is coming a little slow. When they say 6 to 8 weeks, it gets dicy at 10, 11 or 12. I may not always be right but I'm never wrong

Re:Phase 2 - 2008/04/02 07:43 pm The January 29 PR concerning the $80 million production contract indicated a need to withhold the name for 6 to 8 weeks.(To get equipment, suppliers, etc lined up) Let's see, that would be between March 11 and March 25.
Is it March yet?

Something like that would take care of my mid-life crisis. West Texas interstate driving might scare the hell out of the wife without regards to the speed limit.

Let's see if my adder still works. Let's not count January 29. 2 + 29 + 31 + 3 = 66/7 = >9. Is more than 9 some place between 6 and 8 or is my adder all f*#%&d up?

Re:Phase 2 - 2008/04/04 11:23 am I guess the "THEY ARE ONLY HUMAN" arguement won't keep the PPS from getting hammered down to new lows.

About 30 years ago, when I first started investing, there was an old saying, "DON'T LIE TO WALL STREET". Every time you promise "it" and don't deliver, you will get the whipping you deserve.

Pardon me. What was I thinking? I should know better than to believe what someone writes in a PR. It's not like it was the actual truth.

Re:Phase 2 - 2008/04/04 05:29 pm I'm as glad as hell that we will see photos at 3:00 P.M. on April 8 of the new designs; and I'm sure they will be impressive. I'm already impressed with the designs.
But I still don't like the idea of photos instead of more info on the $80 million contract.

Anyone interested in glossy photos may also want to check out Unico Mines, they have several months photo experience and some great shots.

Also plans to expound on how they are building stockholder value. Keep the pictures, it's this value I want to see.

Re:Phase 2 - 2008/04/07 12:40 pm That was a sorry excuse for a Monday morning bounce, anticipating news. I think most folks don't think news is really coming and all they'll get is some art work.

The other day, I read on IHUB, one particular asshole was trying to escape RVGD at .0021. Maybe the rush got his dumb ass to go away. I go to IHUB for the news and quick quotes but I always come back with the same problem.

Like so many others, RVGD came out early and weak with their biggest news. Now they are on a later than expected schedule, which always pisses the Shareholders off. Promising pictures ain't gonna do the trick. What they say, today, may have some positive affect "but" the promise of a shareholder value P/R doesn't cut the cheese with me.

RVGD will get legs when they can discuss some positive $$$$$'s.

Sorry, my early post was a bit premature. I hadn't found the announcement that they have delayed the promised photo-op. Now, they have proven how easy it is to FU a 2 car funeral procession. The credibility gap "WIDENS"

Good pictures, bad P/R. The company update, coming soon, will have to be good because nobody wants to hear about the construction necessary to take on large contracts. It's time to stop talking product and start talking money. I need to hear that they can pay the bills from cash flow and not stock sales. I need to hear firm commitments to place volume on the lots, not end user business.

The biggest non-believers seem to be people that are familiar with the industry, i.e. those that know how this super custom stuff is done, by others, without leaning on share holders and creative financing to do business.

I may have mentioned, my cousin does high performance custom work and he has never had venture capital or diluted stockholders.

I'm not going to hold my breath for to much info on $$$ just yet. They are just getting tooled up and going right now. I dont expect numbers, maybe in a few more weeks. But I do think once the ball gets rolling the cars will sell pretty well. Personaly I'm really looking forward to seeing how well the GTM sells. I think its going to be a hot item. I completely expect to see it on the car shows on TV. ie. Speed Channel, Top Gear and so on and maybe in a movie......? never know, look at what Arnold did for the Hummer, Hell! Smokey and the bandit! I remember TransAms EVRYWHERE in the late 70's....anything is possible, maybe it will turn out to be a write off

In the end, you have to know when to hold'em and know when to fold'em. No way I'll discount RVGD as a potential gold mine. I've been in and out 3 times and plan on many more. I think they do a good job of telegraphing the ups and downs. Plenty of volume, good enthusiasm and rapid moves. That's a perfect storm for a penny guy. Best to ya' PC.
