Re:BLLB:What Can You Say ,No News - 2008/08/28 11:06 pmWell I just finish watching Obama speak at the DNC.I have one thing to say.He` can take his place with Kennedy & Clinton on the speakers podium. There are few to equal any of those 3.I have bought the whole nine yards.Damnest thing I have ever heard. He has offered to debate McCain.McCain has ask for it .If he`s smart he`ll forget that idea. He`s out of his league. If you want something done right,do it yourself. If you cant do it yourself, either do without or get used to mediocracy.

If I was going to debate McCain it would not be on the terms I have seen in some past debates. Each canidate would pick his questions of topic, not a third party. The questions would not be cherry picked by Carl Rove or Howard dean or any news person. They would be issues that each canidate picked theirselves.Level the playing field. Then see if they still want to debate. If you want something done right,do it yourself. If you cant do it yourself, either do without or get used to mediocracy.

Now -- can he he lead EFFECTIVELY?
Talk is cheap, Action gets things done.
Some truth to that. But some talk for communications leading to change is a plus as well.

Same liberal "NANNY STATE" bullshit I've been listening to for 40 goddam years. Putting it in a bigger venue and delivering it like a baptist preacher doesn't "CHANGE" it, one bit.I may not always be right but I'm never wrong

How appropriate --- TS attempting to explain how my shares of SWVC are one day going to be worth more than I paid for them. I have my doubts in regard to that matter.
Oh sorry... this is BLLB, which I do not own. substitute "Rodney" for "TS" --- same idea.

Oh I get it.Your looking for this conservative judgement.Hell of a thing to get up & see the first damn thing in the morn.Your boys are really doing good.Look at this shit & tell me about them long nose SOBs
The UK's Telegraph reports that fears are mounting that Russia may restrict oil deliveries to Western Europe over coming days, in response to the threat of EU sanctions and Nato naval actions in the Black Sea. Any such move would be a dramatic escalation of the Georgia crisis and play havoc with the oil markets. Reports have begun to circulate in Moscow that Russian oil companies are under orders from the Kremlin to prepare for a supply cut to Germany and Poland through the Druzhba (Friendship) pipeline. It is believed that executives from lead-producer LUKoil have been put on weekend alert. "They have been told to be ready to cut off supplies as soon as Monday," claimed a high-level business source, speaking to The Daily Telegraph. Any move would be timed to coincide with an emergency EU summit in Brussels, where possible sanctions against Russia are on the agenda... A supply cut at this delicate juncture could drive crude prices much higher, possibly to record levels of $150 or even $200 a barrel. With US and European credit spreads already trading at levels of extreme stress, a fresh oil spike would rock financial markets. The Kremlin is undoubtedly aware that it exercises extraordinary leverage, if it strikes right now.If you want something done right,do it yourself. If you cant do it yourself, either do without or get used to mediocracy.

Re:BLLB:What Can You Say ,No News - 2008/08/29 09:31 amI suspect this will draw a sharp rebuke from UK & several other of our long time European allies. Were not just screwing the American people now.Hes fooling with people that have to depend on this supply. If they have to replace this with Middle east oil the price will sky rocket. But maybe thats what you guys want. The people on the east & west coast of America don`t want to hear that crap.I haven`t even checked the price of oil this morning.I shutter to think of it.I suspect this will put Obama over the top with the voters.I just said yesterday if Bush kept fooling with them he`d screw it up.If you want something done right,do it yourself. If you cant do it yourself, either do without or get used to mediocracy.
