Scottrade charges us $7 a trade plus a 1/2%. I pay over $20 a trade at times, crazy to keep doing this, while they keep restricting my pink play. A little complaint to SEC about irregularities may cause them to rethink.Their policy. This red flag on volume increase is only on OTC.That is a discriminatory policy. If all stocks had this rule they would lose all their customers. If they dont apply rules & regulations uniformly they are in violation of discrimination laws I would think. All kinds of new rules came to pass after Chris Coxs appointment as chairman of SEC.None was in favor of small investors. They were in favor of large investors.
I guess someone like me would say, like the SEC would listen to my complaint against Scottrade. If 50 or 100 people raised it together, maybe someone would take notice? Seems like a good case for an attorney if you ask me to represent a large group. They affect the entire pink market whether you are a user of Scottrade or not.
GEAC for example has been affected. They have had it restricted and wouldn't even allow Michelle to play it after calling them on the phone, what bullsh!t. Not fair to any of us, not fair to the pink company either.
They are now not allowing buys, only sells, instead of simply not allowing online buys for certain pinks. The three I know about from last week were GEAC, MIHS, and CSTC, all after some unusual volume. I tried to buy GEAC too.
I wondered if they are getting called out by the SEC for short selling illegally, so once volume picks up and they run out of shares, they aren't allowed to naked short sell. Or at least they are being watched.
HF was working NITE pretty heavily with WNBD, taking them to task on their shorting of it.
And I've been thinking about switching to etrade too, if they give margin priveleges as easily as Scottrade does. Anyone know about that?
I only played GEAC with a quick hitter in mind and down the road. No clue if this stock has a future, I really don't care, just want to make a quick buck. No one can tell me that Scottrades games don't affect the pink company, so unfair to only be able to sell and not buy, such bullsh!t....

Lately I'm of that mind set. If I can do a quick 50 pct. or maybe a double, that's a success. You do a few of those a week and it's just as quick or quicker than waiting for the 5 or 10 bagger that usually doesn't happen.(but ya have to get up on time...missed bugs today and csct Friday)
You are right on Angie, we shouldn't even be holding out for 50% gains. 20% and down the road and you would be suprised by how fast your cash grows. So many of us, including myself get swinging for the fences for that huge score. 20% swings happen daily and can really add up if you know where to buy at.

The painting is titled "Journal". I guess she's reading a journal.
But usually, I'm reading "Human Development" or "School Counseling for the 21st Century" or something like that, lately.
I was studying human development in the back seat of that Plymouth Satellite in 1976. OMG, don't mind me, after hearing about Palins daughter I couldn't help but think back.
We didn't have sex ed courses in those days, at least not in our school. Not that it was needed to know better.
It's all part of development. Nuttin wrong with those memories. They make us who we are are. That's the good stuff. Getting stuck in the desert in an old pickup for a couple of hours...I got 'em to, although I never ran the bases or anything.

Eh, I guess you place more honor on a mercenary (paid) position than I do. I honestly don't care about whether or not someone served; only that they can tackle the problems governance and society face. There is no requirement or inference that a paid military participant shall be a good leader and problem solver.
