I made a long post about this the other night, not worth talking about since no one showed any concern over Scottrades unethical practices.
Take GEAC for an example, you can not buy it even by calling them. How fair is that to us and the GEAC company? It does affect the PPS. What if as BWOG pointed out they are accumulating shares and wait for news and then all of a sudden lift the restriction so folks can buy?
Anything good, you can't buy, amazing. TG gave me HKBV a couple days ago at .0006, of course it is restricted by Scottrade, this afternoon the stock topped out at .0080, 2 days time. They cost us a lot of money and yes I'm switching to ETrade next week. I started filling out an application online and got interupted, but I will complete very soon to allow myself the best possible way to make $$$.
