WTF is going on over here?

If somebody reads something in BLLB's local newspaper, or speaks with someone there or drives through town and catches sight of them....that's postable. I'm not sure what to call what's been popping up, here.

BLLB is crying out for some moderator attention. Maybe, one of these days, the rational Pollie will return. After he gets over his KOOLAID hangover. I may not always be right but I'm never wrong
