.000 has never stopped pinks from diluting. SWYV will still dump 100,000,000 share days into a .0001/.0002 black hole. WEHI, NUBV, FFGO and many others will throw billions of shares at .0001. These are dead stocks that will take years to repair or simply stop trading & disappear.
