As a newcomer myself it was helpful but stopped short of showing what to look for. What makes a company strong or weak? Do you divide assets by liabilities for a ratio. That's just an example, but what technical nuts and bolts do we need to crunch and assess from the data? |

The information in this video is so basic that the video does not serve any useful purpose and certainly does not live up to it's title. There are many important elements of a balance sheet that were not covered. In fact, this video does not help in any way to evaluate a company, (as the narrator stated it would) because is merely defines four terms that would be expected to be already known by the typical viewer. At the very minimum there should have been at least one comparison and contrast of companies with different balance sheets. This video is worth the fee charged to view it. Nothing. |
