Stockwire’s Virtual Trading Simulator is an educational tool designed to help investors learn about online trading and the stock market.
In this document the terms “we” or “Stockwire.com” refer to Stockwire Research Group, Inc., and "you" or "the user "refers to any person registering to use the Rookies who by registering has agreed to these terms:
• No trading of securities in the simulator actually takes place. The simulator is nothing more than a simulation of how such trading might occur on an actual stock exchange.
• The money referred to in this game is fictional and has no value. Gains or losses that result from trading of securities in the simulator are imaginary.
• Stockwire Research Group, Inc. and its partners have no liability whatsoever to pay a participant as a result of their use of the simulator.
• Buy/Sell orders are executed 20 minutes after the initial order is received to mitigate manipulation of the simulator by players.
• Simulator hours are 10:00 AM EDT to 4:00 PM EDT. No buys or Sells will be executed during non simulator hours.
• All Buys and Sells are Final.
• Only trades of common shares of stock will be factored into players' portfolio performance.
